Tanzania
has launched a multi-partner Development
Information Centre, the Tanzania Development
Information Centre – TDIC. The TDIC
becomes a one-stop-shop for development
information thus providing economies of
scale to information dissemination and
access. The TDIC established as an adjunct
to the Tanzania Development Learning Centre,
a member of over 120 GDLN Centres (www.gdln.org)
using interactive distance learning techniques
for development creates complimenting
pivotal hub for development information.
The Centre is a pleasant reference centre,
a place to access resources, research,
study, and organizing dialogues. The Whole
Public is encouraged to use the Centre
to search for development information
and related topics in Tanzania. You can
also use the Centre’s facilities
by searching online materials from our
website and use the available publications
in our centre.
We accomodates various publications including
reports for Tanzania working projects
as well as Government's and economic analysis
publications and reports on social, economic
development, population and other related
subjects..
